15-2185 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and ZFA Structural Engineers, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide site survey of steel trusses in Multi-Purpose Room in conjunction with the Laurel Finishing Kitchen Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $7,000.00 to $15,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
