15-2059 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement between the District and Finkbeiner and Associates, Oakland, CA, for the latter to assist the Nutrition Services Department in meeting its strategic objectives and establishing processes and procedures to support the vision of the Rethinking School Lunch Initiative, 1) extending the term of the Agreement from February 1, 2015 through December 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017 and 2) increasing the agreement amount by an additional $50,000.00, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $80,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
