15-2045 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Russ Ballati Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide: 1 - Project Management - OUSD1 - continuation of the current OUSD1 network implementation, the online learning platform; 2. - Project Management - Tableau Financial Reporting - the creation and implementation of public facing financial reporting system using Tableau; 3 - Project Management - Strategic Vision - Data Program - providing industry expertise along with knowledge of OUSD to assist with the development of phase II of the Data Program for innovative classroom teaching/learning and 4 - Program Management Methodology & Mentoring - continue developing methodologies for completing technology-related projects within OUSD; each as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to $149,930.00.
