15-2043 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Contract between District, TRC Solutions and Aurora Environmental Services, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Hazmat Materials Sampling and Survey (Asbestos, Lead and Mold) in the Multi-Purpose Room, including Specification Report in conjunction with the Laurel Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $4,695.80, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $8,300.00 to $12,995.80, and revising the term from January 28, 2015 through September 31, 2015 to August 15, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
