15-2000 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Refugee Transitions, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide direct support for up to 40 newly resettled refugee and asylee students, focusing on English acquisition, homework help and school connectedness, at Roosevelt Middle School and Bret Harte Middle School through ongoing afterschool programs that will focus on English Acquisition, homework help and school connectedness, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term of September 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $1,000.00.
