15-1992 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Refugee Transitions, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide two classes/day, four days/week of multi-level ESL classes for newly-arrived immigrant family members of Oakland International High School students International, with the English Second Language (ESL) curriculum focused on school-parent communication, health navigation, and vocational skills, and integrate computer lessons into daily curriculum, with expected outcomes, as stated in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term September 7, 2015 through June 18, 2016, in an amount not to $38,000.00.
