15-1952 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Small Architectural Design Contract between District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Architectural and Engineering Services associated with the CEQA exemption and EBMUD design deposit, in conjunction with the Madison Expansion - New Construction Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $64,134.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,988,786.00 to $2,052,920.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
