15-1814 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Wright Institute, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, culturally-sensitive individual and group counseling to the students; provide teacher psycho-education on vicarious trauma and related topics, teacher and parent consultation and post-incident response support (for example, in the case of a shooting near the campus); and Institute's site supervisor will be in regular contact with the Principal to ensure effective allocation of resources and client satisfaction at Manzanita SEED Elementary School, for the period August 24, 2015 through June 9, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
