15-1622 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Raising A Reader, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to facilitate five 60-minute workshops across five participating Summer Pre-K sites, with each workshop focusing on empowering families with targeted early literacy strategies to boost language, vocabulary and overall brain development and provide workshop materials as well as translation support, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 7, 2015 through July 9, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $1,250.00.
