15-1767 Approval by the Board of Education of an Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide its Menu Option C-Lead Agency Unit, Arts, Recreation, Leadership and Family Literary activities, as described in the Program Plan, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Ralph J. Bunche Academy, for the period of July 1, 2015 through August 19, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $97,617.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions as specified in the MMOU.
