15-1697 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Standard Services Agreement between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to continue to support the development of a Full Services Community School (FSCS) District in Oakland by performing the services and activities, pursuant to terms and conditions specified in said Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, and extending the term of the Agreement for an additional two years, for the period from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017, in the additional amount of $165,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $229,000.00 to $394,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
