15-1603 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Standard Services Agreement between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to continue the OUSD Health Coverage and Public Benefits Enrollment services to develop and sustain regular health coverage and public benefits outreach, enrollment, and retention services at the Central Family Resource Center on the Lakeview Campus for the Community Schools and Student Services Department, in an additional amount not to exceed $74,532.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $208,483.00 to $283,015.00, and extending the Agreement period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
