15-1644 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services - (Geotechnical Testing Services) between District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide project management; field reports; geotechincal inspection and testing services; progress reports, and other services, in conjunction with the Claremont Kitchen and Cafeteria Fire Repair Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing July 17, 2015 and concluding no later than July 17, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $12,850.00.
