15-1492 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding 2015-16 between the District and Eagle Village Community Center Youth and Family Services, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services as lead agency for program coordination, math intervention, homework support, student supervision and a variety of enrichment services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Westlake Middle School's comprehensive After School Program, for the period of July 1, 2015 through August 19, 2016, in the amount of $111,807.00.
