15-1586 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Street Academy Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to operate Emiliano Zapata Street Academy, an alternative high school of choice and voluntary option for Oakland students grades nine through twelve, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $768,596.00 for Fiscal Year 2015 2016, with adjustments for Fiscal Years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, as provided for in the MOU.
