15-1525 Ratification by the Board of Education of Professional Services Contract (Agreement) between District and Attitudinal Healing Connection of Oakland, Oakland, CA, for the latter to create a mural project at the Marcus Foster School site in Oakland during the Central Kitchen Educational Complex and Instructional Farm construction at a cost not to exceed $25,000.00 with $5,000 of the monies being used to provide stipends to youth artists participating in the project, for the period August 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
