15-1477 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the original Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), dated February 26, 2010, between the District and City Of Oakland, to extend time for performance of the 2008 Secure Our Schools Grant Award to include the period from September 1, 2010 through May 31, 2014, with this extension being authorized by City of Oakland Resolution 81709 and is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the DOJ/COPS Secure Our Schools Grant Program and the parties' original MOU.
