15-1379 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln Child Centers, Newark, CA, for the latter to deliver at least 6 hours of daily academic support and enrichment to District students who are in need of summer services to counter summer learning lost, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Frick Middle School, for the period of May 1, 2015 through August 21, 2015, in an amount not to exceed of $22,620.00.
