15-1460 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Small Architectural Design Contract between District and Murakami/Nelson, Oakland, CA, for the latter to prepare a furniture plan in CAD for Cole School and 1000 Broadway to indicate new locations for PEC Staff and their selected furniture that will be moved; distribute the final CAD furniture layout for use by IT, Telcom movers and others, in conjunction with the Foster Central Commissary (PEC Move) Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $32,830.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $43,600.00 to $76,430.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
