15-1457 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract between District and McGuire & Hester, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide geo-grid fabric which was recommended by testing lab due to wet, pumping soil; credit for removal o existing ten (10) foot fencing; emergency repairs to restore power in conjunction with the Elmhurst College Preparatory School Paving Project in the additional amount of $15,566.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,225,000.00 to $1,240,566.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
