15-1455 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide completion of Division of State Architect (DSA) certification for priority DSA Legacy projects, which insures issuing Inspector Final Verified Reports (missing reports required by DSA), in conjunction with the DSA Legacy Closeout Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 12, 2015 and concluding no later than December 31, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $705,500.00.
