15-1451 Approval by the Board of Education of the Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services (Environmental Services) between District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional engineering and geotechnical testing services, in conjunction with the Laurel Elementary School Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 12, 2015 and concluding no later than May 1, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $12,720.00.
