15-1450 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services - Environmental Services between District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform professional engineering and geotechnical testing services, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing August 12, 2015 and concluding no later than December 31, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $6,375.00.
