15-1448 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services - Environmental Services between District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional engineering and geotechnical testing services, in connection with the OUSD Fire/Intrusion Alarm Project, in conjunction with the Foster Elementary School (PEC) Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing on August 12, 2015 and concluding no later than August 12, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $12,720.00.
