15-1403 Approval by the Board of Education of Administrative Services Agreement (ASA) with Addendums for COBRA Administration Services and Retiree and Leave Billing Administrative Services including Proposal Acceptance Letter Revised (dated June 9, 2015) between District and Custom Benefit Administrators, a Division of BASIC and the District on behalf of its COBRA, Retirement and Leave Health Care Plan and Custom Benefit Administrators, a Division of BASIC, for the latter to act as third party administrator, to administer the employer (i.e., District) employee benefit plans named in said Agreements, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00 a Fiscal Year, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018.
