15-0894 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Coleen Donnelly, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide the following services: 1) assist with development of 15 new or modified entrée recipes and 15 new or modified side recipes (cooked vegetables, salads, composed fruit dishes) which highlight (over 50% by weight) California Specialty Crops; 2) assist with convening 4 focus groups with stakeholders to identify recipes; 3) scale all recipes for bulk production and test recipe yields; 4) assist with identification of procurement sources for all California Specialty crops used and cost recipes; 5) assist with implementation of Staff Development Program to train staff on new recipes, ordering procedures, and seasonal eating for school sites, for Nutrition Services, for the period February 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $15,210.00.
