15-0615 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 of the Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional service adding its Menu of Service- Option Q for all students and families at Horace Mann Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2014 through August 21, 2015, in the additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $112,555.00 to $122,555.00. All other terms and conditions of the ISA/MMOU remain in full force and effect.
