15-1082 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between Baayan Bakari, Oakland, CA, for the latter to create and develop two additional curriculum models for U.S. History and Modern History to be taught in middle schools and high schools, for the 2015-2016 school year, in the additional amount of $14,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $64,000.00, via the Department of African-American Achievement, for the period November 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
