15-0947 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Judy Heyboer Consulting, Menlo Park, CA, for the latter to provide: 1) Initial meetings for assessment and planning: 2) 360 feedback gathering, assuming 8 people and 45 minute, in-person interviews 3) Evaluation, summary and sponsor review 4) Bi-weekly coaching sessions over 2-3 month period; and 5) One sponsor hour-long check-in for the period of April 23, 2015 through June 30, 3015, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
