100 15-0963 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Karina Valezquez, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide constituent support to District 5 Director, Roseann Torres, with the production of District 5 newsletters, responding to constituents emails and phone calls, scheduling appointment with constituents, and preparation of materials for District 5 meetings as needed, in the additional amount of $600.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $2,100.00 to $2,700.00, and extending the Contract period of September 1, 2014 through March 30, 2015 to June 30, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
