76 15-0906 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to develop a health career cluster analysis; create career pathway templates; provide ongoing technical assistance to support coordination between system partners and facilitate sustainability; identify and track intern opportunities within ACHCSA; bridge access for work-based learning in the Site Based Health Centers (SBHCs); and broker intern opportunities in Health Pipeline Program member agencies, for the period of March 12, 2015 through June 30, 3015, in an amount not to exceed $1,067,231.33, funding provided by the Atlantic Philanthropy Grant to the District and services provided pursuant to the terms of the Master Agreement between the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency and the District dated October 22, 2014.
