74 15-0893 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Pull-out tutorials for 6th-8th grades performing below multiple years in English Language Arts based in SRI fall and winter scores; Pull-out tutorials for 6th-8th graders performing below grade level in Math based on Math Performance Task scores; Academic Support for 6th-8th grade Gifted And Talented Education (GATE) students; College and Career Readiness-Expeditionary Learning Leadership for Middle School students; Additional Literacy intervention support K-5; Transitional Kindergarten Family Literacy Night, for an additional amount of $30,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $50,000.00, for the period October 27, 2014 through June 12, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
