71 15-0741 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and SEEDS Community Resolution Center, for the latter to provide a facilitator to meet with parent groups over the course of several weeks to develop their capacity to work more effectively with the teaching staff; to meet with the teacher group over the course of several weeks to develop their capacity to work more effectively with the parent group; bring the two groups together to engage in dialogue and create agreements about how they can more effectively work together in the future, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term of March 25, 2015 through June 1, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $9,000.00.
