65 15-0870 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Laura Lipton, Charlotte, VT, for the latter to provide two series of Coach training workshops focusing on Learning Focused Relationships, which includes training that offer practical tools, strategies and standards-driven protocols that increase teachers' readiness and abilities to think deeply about the choices they are making and their students' learning; serves as a training-of-trainers, building the capacity of program leaders to offer this training in-house for the future; training is part of the required training for all new OUSD Induction Coaches who are in the role of supporting teachers to develop professionally as well as to clear their preliminary general education and/or Education Specialist Preliminary or Level I credential; and training is also recommended for all veteran District Induction Coaches, site administrators, Teaching & Learning Content Specialists and Site-based TSAs, for the period of March 9, 2015 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $33,600.00.
