51 15-0911 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between the District and First Alarm, San Jose, CA, for the latter to provide 2 stationary security officers (Security Officer I classification), 7 days per week, to secure 1025 2nd Avenue facility, and extending the contract period of April 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 to March 17, 2015, in an additional amount not to exceed $53,156.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $121,345.00 to $174,501.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
