90 15-0824 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between District and NIAM Consulting, LLC, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to develop and support the successful implementation of the community engagement plan for the Central Kitchen project to be located at Marcus Foster School, currently used as the administrative headquarters for Programs for Exceptional Children, in the additional amount of $50,000.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $80,000.00 to $130,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
