73 15-0627 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an OUSD RJ Coordinator at Oakland High School, a VRP cohort school under the direction of the Program Manager for Restorative Justice and in coordination with the site administrators; OUSD Community Schools, Student Services Department, Behavioral Health Unit, supports the implementation and expansion of a multi-tiered framework of restorative practices in at least 25 VRP schools; professional development and coaching are essential to ensure that restorative practices are high quality, integrated with instruction, and culturally responsive; the RJ Coordinator will provide on-site support, professional development, technical assistance, and link RJ implementation at their site with the larger district effort for the period of August 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
