15-0572 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Equal Opportunity Schools, Seattle, WA, for the latter to fully close race and income participation gaps in AP/IB by fall 2015 as measured by equally high AP/IB participation rates for Latino, African-American, and low-income students as compared to their peers, raise AP/IB performance by spring 2016, as measured by AP/IB exam passing, develop systems and structures for the District to sustain and improve upon these results in future years, catalyzing a higher sense of what's possible for Missing Students, enabling further increases in college readiness and closure of opportunity and achievement gaps, through Link Learning, for the term of November 10, 2014 through June 30, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $72,000.00.
