15-0085 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of the Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services to enhance the current comprehensive After School Program serving approximately 93 students daily, increasing services by adding Menu of Service Option O, for all students and families at Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary, for the period July 1, 2014 through August 21, 2015, in the additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $177,343.00 to $202,343.00. All terms and conditions of the ISA and MMOU remain in full force and effect.
