15-0084 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of the Professional Services Contract between the District and Berkeley Geo Research Group, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide Project Planning; Data Collection (Geocoding); Data analysis (Spatial Analysis); Synthesizing and Reporting, for the additional amount of $21,600.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $60,000.00 to $81,600.00, for the period August 25, 2014 through June 30, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the contract will remain in full force and effect.
