15-0032 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Dana Cilono, Alameda, CA, for the latter to work with the Summer Learning Programs, including preparing draft and a project timeline with deliverables, status reports, and benchmark deadlines for reviewing documentation of all activities, meetings and trainings; design select SPK curricula based on research, feedback and authorization from District; research appropriate pre-and post-program assessments; prepare and submit required documentation; coordinate enrollment of all students; recruit and secure credentialed teachers and work with the Early Childhood Education Department to secure PK staffing and perform other services as described in the Scope of Work, for the period of January 5, 2015 through June 30, 2015, for an amount not to exceed $37,000.00.
