14-2532 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Eagle Village Community Center Youth and Family Services, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Prescott Circus; Nikao Youth, and Professional Development, as described in the amended Scope of Work at Parker Elementary School for the period of July 1, 2014 through August 21, 2015, in the additional amount of $21,000.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $93,855.00 to $114,855.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
