14-2417 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between District and Tatiana Fuaau, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 300 hours of service as the Peer Restorative Justice Coordinator at Bret Harte Middle School under the direction of the Program Manager for Restorative Justice and in coordination with the site administrators to recruit, train and oversee a representative group of students reflective of the racial, ethnic, and academic diversity of the school for the period of August 25, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in the additional amount of $8,100.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $12,960.00, to a $21,060.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
