14-2387 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide reduced services to support a Quality Support Coach and return the funds back to the school site for the period of July 1, 2014 through August 21, 2015, in the lesser amount of $2,500.00, decreasing the not to exceed amount of Memorandum of Understanding from $95,955.00 to $93,455.00. All other terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding remain in full force and effect.
