15-0065 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Juan Quintana, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide daily support to groups of individuals identified as at risk students, continual context panels of interest by phone home visits, professional development - on-going - for the staff, and understanding the issues of K-5 at risk students and how these issues can be addressed during the school day, and providing parent workshops in primary language on how parents can improve student academic and social skills, at Franklin Elementary School, for the term of August 25, 2014 through June 11, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $35,000.00.
