14-2460 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Refugee Transitions (RT), San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 28 hours weekly of parent engagement programming including English language, social integration, and technology support; to be responsible for providing staffing to support curriculum development, family outreach, volunteer recruitment and program assessment; to recruit, train, and supervise 3 classroom volunteers to support differentiated instruction in the classroom, at Oakland International High School, for the period November 1, 2014 through June 12, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
