15-0118 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Geosphere Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to cover additional services needed for site specific seismic ground motion analysis, per new 2013 codes; preparing CGS application including plan check fees, and response letter in conjunction with the Whittier Elementary School Expansion (Greenleaf) New Construction Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $15,700.00 to $24,200.00 and extending the Contract date of September 10, 2014 through June 1, 2015 to December 30, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
