14-2477 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Development Without Limits West, Oakland, CA, for the latter to design and facilitate an English Language (EL) Learning Community to help agency directors and site coordinators design and provide programming to help ELL students thrive both academically and socially, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
