14-2448 Approval by the Board of Education of District's Assessment System Design Request for Proposals (RFP) and its submission to Envision Learning Partners (ELP), seeking a grant of up to $45,000 in cash and $45,000 in in-kind services, for a cumulative value of $90,000 from ELP, for creation of a student assessment system that ensures students are prepared for college and career success, as described in the RFP, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period July 2013 through June 2015, and, if granted, in whole or in part, acceptance of same, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof, if any.
