15-0029 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and HY Architects, Oakland, CA, for latter to receive additional fees for trench drain delay in conjunction with the Elmhurst Middle School Paving Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $4,587.50, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $71,075.00 to $75,662.50 and extending the Contract date of March 26, 2014 through March 26, 2015 to November 14, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
